The way we work @ Top Dog

At Top Dog we like to work alongside our clients to ensure that the best service and care is provided for all dogs.

All clients and dogs are met prior to becoming part of the pack and we only work with good dogs and good owners.

All dogs need to have up to date inoculations and up to date flea and worming before coming to Top Dog.

We also work hard to ensure that we deliver the services agreed at the times agreed with our clients, and in return we like honest and clear communication from our clients so we can best service your requirements and support you as much as possible.


So we ask that at time of booking or enquiring that as accurate as possible timings (drop off and pick up) are communicated.

Communication

Once you have registered with Top Dog please feel free to message me your requirement with start date and your estimated timings for drop off  and pick up timings.


Please give as much notice as possible as dates do get booked up.


I will confirm the dates with you and confirm in the calendar.

I will reach out closer to date of booking and confirm agreed plan, if any changes please communicate these then or as prior if known.


If your dog is boarding i will update you on average every other day, though if you want more then please message and i will update.


General Information

Pick up and drop off hours are 7.30am till 6.30pm any requests out side of these hours are by exception and need to be agreed prior to the day.


If a  non arranged pick up happens out side of core hours due to a uncontrollable event please notify me as soon as possible,  if a non agreed late pick up happens but  is within your control a charge will be added  of £30 per hour.


If a dog is aggressive or bites me or another dog, your dog will be booked into a local kennel and will not be allowed  to be booked in again in the future.


Please refer me to anyone of your friends or family that have a good dog that you believe will be a good member of the Top Dog pack.

Weekly Walking Terms and Conditions

  1. Days to be walk to be agreed in advance of walks starting
  2. Permanent changes to days walked must be agreed at least 4 weeks in advance of new days starting. all changes are based on availability
  3. Temporary changes must be requested 7 days in advance and are based on capacity.
  4. Cancelling of a walk must be communicated 48hrs in advance or will be charged.
  5. Owners must ensure flea and worming are always up to date, if not could be charged for any treatments for your or any other costs involved.
  6. Billing is monthly, please review and payment is required within 48hrs. of receiving your monthly balance.

Day Boarding Terms and Conditions

  1. Drop off time is 7.30am or 9am at Top Dog location, pick up is available by exception
  2. Please provide any food that is required for that day
  3. Please pick up at the prior agreed time and send message of eta
  4. Adhoc bookings need to be booked a minimum of 3 weeks in advance and based on availability of date
  5. Permanent changes to set weekly day boarding must be agreed at least 4 weeks in advance of new days starting. all changes are based on availability
  6. Temporary changes must be requested 7 days in advance and are based on capacity.
  7. Cancelling of day boarding must be communicated 1 week in advance or will be charged.
  8. Owners must ensure flea and worming are always up to date, if not could be charged for any treatments for your or any other costs involved.
  9. Billing is monthly, please review and payment is required within 48hrs. of receiving your monthly balance.

Overnight Boarding Terms and Conditions

  1. Drop off and pick up times to be agreed at point of booking, late drop offs or pick up could be subject to a charge of £30 per hour.
  2. Please provide any food that is required for duration of stay
  3. Please pick up at the prior agreed time and send message of eta on day of collection
  4. 50% non refundable deposit is required at point of booking
  5. Balance of cost of stay is due prior to arrival of your dogs stay with us
  6. Cancelling of boarding must be communicated 4 weeks in advance and deposit will not be refunded
  7. Owners must ensure flea and worming are up to date prior to arrival, if not could be charged for any treatments for your or any other costs involved.
